LEGAL
1. Controller and contact
Denaro Consulting GmbH, Erkrather Straße 401, 40231 Düsseldorf, Germany, is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Managing Director: Alexander Valentino Denaro. For privacy enquiries, contact alexander@denaro-consulting.com.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of access are processed to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website.
3. Contact form and email
When you use the contact form or send an email, the information you provide (name, email address and message) is processed to answer your enquiry. Form submissions are transmitted via Framer and delivered to an email account hosted by Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Dublin, Ireland). Where your enquiry relates to a potential engagement, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For all other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence.
4. Cookies, browser storage and external links
This website does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. When the authenticity notice is shown, a display flag is stored in your browser’s session storage so the notice does not appear again during the same visit. The flag contains no personal data and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab. The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, as this storage is strictly necessary to display the notice as intended. The LinkedIn link leads to an external website. No data is passed to LinkedIn unless you click it, and LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies there.
5. Recipients, retention and transfers
Framer and Google process data on behalf of Denaro Consulting GmbH under data processing agreements. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they have been fully dealt with. Where an enquiry leads to an engagement, related correspondence is kept for the periods required under German commercial and tax law. If service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place only on the basis of an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
